Il 7kW Dual EE55 High-Frequency Isolation Transformer (P/N: 179108) is specially engineered for high-power industrial battery chargers, 3-Phase 380V, and 4-Phase 480V EV charging stations. Featuring a unique dual EE55/21 PC95/3C95 ferrite core, this transformer efficiently handles continuous power delivery up to 7.2kW with high power density and excellent thermal dissipation.

Utilizing a combination of multi-strand Litz wire (250×0.1mm) for primary windings and heavy-duty copper foil (0.4mm x 30mm) for secondary high-current output, this transformer minimizes skin effect and proximity loss at high operating frequencies. It provides reliable 1500Vac safety isolation and ultra-low DC resistance (DCR ≤ 2.0mΩ), making it the perfect choice for demanding fast-charging applications.
