TrafoPSU not only produces according to specification. we also provide support with the components and product design. Our engineers well know the standard IEC62368, IEC60601 and IEC61558, available to answer any queries you may have regarding design of power electronics.

Quality Control

We are not only the obligatory inductive test is carried out on all components. According to the specification and internal quality standards we carry out a whole series of electrical and safety inspections for the product to guarantee the reliability and longevity of your products.

100% incoming material control according to AQL level
In process quality control according to quality plans
100% test for production based on product specification.
Out-going inspection based on AQL level.
First 3 deliveries and quantities less than 100pcs – 100% control.

Production

Sample / Prototypes

We will have unique number for each sample request from customer, and the lead-time of sample will be delivery within a week. Before ship the samples to customers we will have 2 engineers for cross checking to avoid mistake and saving time for customers.
All samples will be kept in cabinet with 2 years.

Testing

Type Tests

Type tests are performed on representative samples to validate the design and construction of the transformer under extreme conditions such as temperature rise, insulation resistance, and dielectric strength. Routine Tests

These tests are conducted on every transformer unit and include measurements of winding resistance, turns ratio, voltage ratio, and polarity. They ensure that the transformer meets basic operational requirements.

Special Tests

Special tests are tailored to specific customer requirements or unique transformer designs. These may include short-circuit withstand tests, impulse tests, and noise level measurements, among others.

Routine Inspections

In addition to formal testing, routine inspections are conducted to visually assess the transformer's condition, identify any defects or abnormalities, and ensure compliance with relevant standards and specifications.
