Quality Control
We are not only the obligatory inductive test is carried out on all components. According to the specification and internal quality standards we carry out a whole series of electrical and safety inspections for the product to guarantee the reliability and longevity of your products.
Quality Control included but not limited to:
100% incoming material control according to AQL level In process quality control according to quality plans 100% test for production based on product specification. Out-going inspection based on AQL level. First 3 deliveries and quantities less than 100pcs – 100% control.
Production
By employing a targeted winding process, the properties of inductive components such as efficiency or dielectric strength can be influenced. With our know-how we make sure to apply an optimum and cost-effective solution for customer needs.
Production capabilities: Ultra-fine wire winding as thinner as to 0.03mm Expertise in flat wire and Litz wire winding, also copper foil Semi and full automation mixed to match size of batch.
Full traceability of materials and revision for each work orders.

Sample / Prototypes
We will have unique number for each sample request from customer, and the lead-time of sample will be delivery within a week. Before ship the samples to customers we will have 2 engineers for cross checking to avoid mistake and saving time for customers. All samples will be kept in cabinet with 2 years.
