To 1kW high-frequency LLC resonant transformer is engineered around a standard EER42 ferrite core platform (Ae = 194 mm²), purpose-built for LLC half-bridge and full-bridge resonant converter topologies operating at 60–200 kHz. It delivers reliable galvanic isolation and efficient step-down conversion from a 380–400V DC bus (post-PFC) to regulated outputs of 12V, 24V, or 48V DC — making it an ideal magnetic solution for server power supplies, telecom rectifiers, EV onboard chargers, industrial DC-DC converters, and LED driver power modules.
With a nominal resonant frequency of 100 kHz and a wide operating range of 60–200 kHz, this transformer achieves ZVS (Zero Voltage Switching) across the load range, dramatically reducing switching losses and enabling 95%+ peak efficiency. The EER42 core’s cylindrical center pillar ensures uniform flux distribution and reduced winding parasitics, while the standardized bobbin platform supports rapid customization of turn ratios, pin-out layouts, and mounting styles to match your specific LLC tank parameters.
The design supports a configurable turn ratio (e.g., 57:17 for 400V→240V, or 25:3 for 800V→48V) with integrated magnetizing inductance (Lm) and leakage inductance (Lr) control, enabling resonant tank design without external series inductors in many configurations. Premium MnZn ferrite material (PC40/PC44 or equivalent) ensures low core loss and minimal temperature rise at sustained 1kW continuous operation.
