Isto 1kW high-frequency LLC resonant transformer is engineered around a standard EER42 ferrite core platform (Ae = 194 mm²), purpose-built for LLC half-bridge and full-bridge resonant converter topologies operating at 60–200 kHz. It delivers reliable galvanic isolation and efficient step-down conversion from a 380–400V DC bus (post-PFC) to regulated outputs of 12V, 24V, or 48V DC — making it an ideal magnetic solution for server power supplies, telecom rectifiers, EV onboard chargers, industrial DC-DC converters, and LED driver power modules.

With a nominal resonant frequency of 100 kHz and a wide operating range of 60–200 kHz, this transformer achieves ZVS (Zero Voltage Switching) across the load range, dramatically reducing switching losses and enabling 95%+ peak efficiency.
